Pair of Goberg Arts & Crafts 5 Branch Candelabra
A wonderful large matched pair of Goberg Arts & Crafts wrought steel 5 branch candelabra, dating to circa 1910, manufactured by Hugo Berger at the Goberg factory in Schmalkalden, Germany. I say matched as one is 44cm tall, the other 45cm, but they came together and, I suspect, always have been together. They look fabulous when lit with candles as they give good illumination as we can vouch having had a similar pair on our dining table for many years! They are very much in the Medieval Revival style. Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, albeit one has a weld to the bottom of the stem presumably in manufacture as under the patina. The price includes UK postage.
