A lovely Hugh Wallis Arts & Crafts shaped cylindrical pewter box, dating to circa 1920-40, with chased rose to the lid. With his stamped monogram to the base it's a great design. Hugh Wallis had a workshop in Altringham, Cheshire, from 1900-1940 and produced mainly copper wares and, more rarely, pewter. This is a great shape and is offered In good condition, commensurate with age. It measures 9cm tall and 11cm max diameter. The price includes UK postage.
