Good Pair of Victorian Gothic Library Chairs
A wonderful pair of Victorian Reformed Gothic library or easy chairs, dating to circa 1870-80, the oak frames upholstered in black leather. The frames have chamfered supports and ceramic castors, the upholstery is probably a late 20th Century replacement but very well done. They are very comfortable to sit in! Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, they have some markings but overall look good. Each measures 95cm tall, 58cm wide and 69cm deep, with the seat 46.5cm wide at the front and 41cm at the rear and 37.5cm tall.
