Goberg Arts & Crafts Medieval Knight Hatpin Stand
A rather fun Goberg Arts & Crafts steel and brass hatpin stand or holder, dating to circa 1910, modelled as a Medieval Knight in armour. Also rather useful as an earring holder. The Goberg factory was founded by Hugo Berger in Germany in the town of Schmalkalden, Thur, in 1895, and pieces were sold through Liberty & Co in London. Offered in good condition commensurate with age, with decent colour and patination, it measures 29cm tall and 13.5cm diameter at the base. Stamped makers mark to base. The price includes UK postage.
