Fine Arts & Crafts Tiger Oak Lamp Table or Stand
A fabulous Arts & Crafts tiger or quarter sawn oak lamp table or stand, dating to circa 1910, with foliate carved octagonal top and tulip pierced uprights with oval lozenge caps. The quality of timber is excellent as is the crispness of the carving and piercing to the uprights. The base shelf is chamfered and both the feet and apron are scrolled. It just oozes quality and If I had the space i'd keep it. It is offered in good condition, commensurate with age, and is strong and stable. It measures 72cm tall and 38cm max diameter.
