Bourjois Blue Bakelite Owl Case Scent Bottle
A lovely Art Deco Bourjois blue bakelite ( Phenolic) owl form scent bottle holder, dating to the 1930's, containing its original glass scent bottle. Offered in pretty good condition, commensurate with age, the owl is in good condition, albeit some staining to the fabric insert where the bottle has leaked over the years. The scent bottle is still approx 1/3rd full but the lid is stuck on with residue, although easy to remove i'd have thought. The label to the front has some wear but overall for a piece approaching 90 years old it's not bad! It measures 9.6cm tall. The price includes UK postage.
