Arts & Crafts Oak Glazed Bureau Bookcase
A great useful and practical Arts & Crafts oak bureau bookcase, dating to circa 1910, with leaded glazed upper doors, central drawer and cupboard base. A good solid piece, the base cupboard has one adjustable shelf, the fall front encloses pigeon holes and the glazed upper section has one fixed shelf. It has a key and all three locks work. Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, there is a small crack to a small pane of glazing, an old repair to a foot and it is missing a brass escutcheon to the fall front but overall it displays very well and these flaws aren't noticeable.
