Arts & Crafts Guild Quality Leather Photo Frame
A lovely very well executed Arts & Crafts embossed leather photo frame, dating to circa 1900-1910, decorated with embossed flowers. The design is similar to copper pieces from Newton Class but I can't be certain. The back was damaged when I acquired it so I had a leather book binder make a new strut and it does look fabulous! The leather front is in good condition, and, although there is a stain to the silk backing it is not visible with a photo in place. It measures 23.5cm tall and 19.2cm wide, with the aperture 13.8cm by 9.5cm. The price includes UK postage.
