Arts & Crafts Carved Oak Box Celtic Beasts
A lovely Arts & Crafts oak box, dating to circa 1890-1900, carved to the front, sides and lid with entwined beasts, probably serpents, in the Celtic style. A great piece in good condition, commensurate with age, it has Victorian wallpaper lining and a replacement lock and key. It measures 31cm wide, 16cm high and 21.5cm deep.
